1.  734551_341792075933597_1532878038_n To get the most from others you first need to get the best out of yourself.
  2.  I came to realize the importance of this statement while working as an upper level leader in a very large organization.
  3. There I saw otherwise capable top leaders spend time, energy and resources trying to improve functioning lower in the organization when the leveraged change had to start at the top.
  4. I gradually realized that much less needed to be spent and much more could be gained by helping top level leaders discover and tap unrealized potential in themselves
  5. My goal is to convince you that the pay-off for the time, energy and money spent on leadership self-knowledge will exceed our highest expectations for our company, organization or family for that matter.
