What tends to create symptoms is your immune response to the pathogens and toxins that are released when the pathogens die. One of the paths to self-knowledge begins with doing the harder thing. Initially, this can create uncomfortable feelings that exert a force to go back to our old ways. Clarity is knowing whether this is a product of “pathogens” or your “immune response” to something it doesn’t recognize as part of self. Symptoms generally improve as self-knowledge is acquired.
