The number one problem faced by business leaders is not being aware how the unknown parts of themselves influence business success. What we do not know about ourselves finds expression in ways that are outside of our awareness and hence control. It is part of the reason that 70% of employees would take a 10% pay cut if they could get their boss fired. This is an amazing number.
When business leaders know more about their truer selves their communication is clearer, the enterprise culture is richer and the ability to achieve results through others is greater. It is inefficient to build on an unknown foundation and a poor business strategy to boot!
