Yesterday I watched a video on patient 31, which described how this one 35-year-old person was able to directly or indirectly infect 1200 people in South Korea with the corona virus. This got me thinking not just about how quickly this particular virus can spread but also how much of a difference one person can make in this world.

One thing the corona virus has clearly taught us is how we are all impacting the health and well-being of each other. I thought to myself if one person can infect so many over one thousand) with this virus in such a short period of time, then could one person potentially improve the health and wellness of thousands of people. And how much have we been doing this the whole time before the virus. How many people do we directly or indirectly impact others through our words and energy? And how much do the people we impact have an impact on others.

So the COVID-19, is reminding us of just how interconnected we all are. We can all make a huge difference in the lives of our family and friends and of their family and friends. In many ways, the virus has reminded each of us that we make a difference in the health and wellness of others. The only question is what type of difference will you make.

Will you be the person that lights up the world with your positive energy?
