bad leaders

The effects of bad leaders is not just on ROI. Research from the Occupational Health Psychology department at Saint Mary’s University  conducted by Kevin Kelloway, Ph.D. has shown that a number of physiological measures (e.g. Blood Pressure, Glucose levels, etc.) can remain elevated for up to six years after separation from a “bad” boss. It is little consolation that the “bad” boss suffers these and other consequences as well.

Our mission at ceo effectiveness is to help transform bad bosses into good ones for the benefit of all.
