…is qualitatively different from self-awareness and emotional intelligence which are the usual stopping places for most who want to improve their ability to use emotional information to guide their thinking and behavior. Self-knowledge is knowing yourself as you truly are, not as your old mental models perceive you to be.  Acquiring greater self-knowledge is no easy task, but the transformation from who we believe ourselves to be to who we truly are engages exponential potential beyond our biggest dreams.  What first glinted and winked at us from the corner of our life reveals itself in usable form and we become aware of our creative potential as never before. What we always sensed was there all along is now operational as a tool that we are unlikely to ever give up or lose.
