There are three kinds of people in business and life: the unsuccessful, the temporarily unsuccessful, and those who become and remain successful. The difference is character…Your reputation is how others perceive you. Character is how you act when no one is watching

There is probably only one super ordinate goal in life: to access the enormous power within by discovering who we truly are and liberating our unrealized potential to transform our lives and that of others to access our creative best. The creative potential of any collective or organization is a function of leaderships ability to value and willingness to embrace transformational learning for themselves. This is an indispensible condition for organizational alignment of leadership, workforce and customer. While non-aligned organizations led by more narrowly focused “leaders” can achieve short term outcomes, our ability to continuously evolve our capacity to create requires optimal alignment of our collective energies.
