Anxiety can be a warning signal that something is close to breaking through in our level of self-awareness. It may be a sign that we are strong enough to look a little deeper to discover missing parts of our real self. Where this is the case, “resistance” often tricks us into believing that what may be a signal of a greater life is in fact the problem. In other words, we have an anxiety problem and if we can restrict our consciousness to only certain frequencies or create enough noise that the signal remains undetectable then we have addressed the problem. Modern life offers us many ways of doing this. In the meantime, our greater self patiently waits to be awakened from its long slumber and once again ignite our passion.
